Hey Everyone! This weekly email will be shorter than usual. We have had 8 baptisms in two weeks. Two families 😀The M family is doing really well. C just recently had surgery to remove a brain tumor! He is seriously such an amazing kid. He went through everything like a champ. He is so Christ- like and loving and he is just fully trusting in God. He is doing amazing now. :)This week we've been doing lots of door knocking. We did get a couple of potentials...miracles! And I was also able to go on trade offs with Sister Patch. She is amazing. For a good hour and a half we went PCing on campus. And it was a BLAST!! I hope one day I will serve on campus. It just always boosts my confidence every time. And it's just so much fun! I love it! We had a lot of fun.I am doing great! I am loving this work more than ever! And I can't believe I have like 5 months left! I love mission life and I love Michigan! Love you all!!Sister Beeson

Hey everyone! It's been another great week here in Bay City! I am loving this work more than ever!!This week we witnessed the McQuillin family baptism! And oh what a joy it was to see that! This family went through a lot to get to this point and I am beyond grateful for them and proud of the progression they have made!
Nothing brings me greater joy than to see God's children enter the waters of baptism! And someone that we baptized a couple of weeks ago spoke at their baptism and talked on baptism. She shared her experience and bore her testimony! It was seriously amazing! The spirit was definitely there! And then yesterday after they all received the Holy Ghost. N's son C, who is ten years old started to cry. He looked over at his mom and smiled and said: "I am so happy, we joined the church!" That is what makes everything worth it. It was such a sweet moment.K is doing good. She said she is not ready for baptism yet but she continues to invite us over so that's good! She is enjoying the lessons. We just need to work on her husband because he is more on the fence than she is.We did some door knocking to try to find new people to teach. Everyone says no, or I'm all set, but they are so nice to us. And even if it's cold it's still worth it. Sister Martin and I still put a smile on our faces and enjoy the work.I am still more than loving this work! It truly is the work of salvation! Love you all!Sister Beeson

This week was amazing! As you can see I hit my big ONE YEAR!! I've learned a lot and I am happy with the person I've become! And I can't wait to see where these last 5 months will take me!
On Saturday we had a baptism!! A family of four. It was a returning member's kids. It was such an amazing baptism and experience. The one image I can't get out of my head was when they all walked in the chapel with their white clothes on. And just how happy they all looked. I seriously almost cried! Seeing God's precious children enter the waters of baptism brings me so much joy! I was able to give the talk on baptism. And I couldn't stop smiling. I explained to them my own experience when I was baptized. And how their baptism will bless their life like its blessed mine. The spirit testified to me that this is why I'm out here. Why I am sacrificing 18 months of my life. I am here to help them come closer to Christ by entering the waters of baptism. There is seriously no other place I'd rather be. I know that I'm supposed to be here :)
The neat thing was that N and her kids went to the baptism because they are really good friends with that family, anyway N told me how happy she felt and the peaceful feeling she felt too. She said that she got emotional and that she is so excited to be baptized this Saturday!
Anyway I am so happy for the S kids and their decision to be baptized. I am so happy that I was able to be a part of their conversion. And seeing them receive the Holy Ghost yesterday really touched my heart. They all were happy and smiling and I know that they made the right choice by being baptized.
I am so happy and blessed to be here on a mission! I have met some amazing people who have blessed my life. I love you all and thank you for your love and support!

Hey Everyone!!It's been a very FREEZING week here in Michigan. It's been the coldest it's been in like 30 years! So I feel honored to be a part of that!!So because it was so cold, President Brennan wanted us to not be out a lot door knocking. So we had lots of appointments this week, with the people we are currently teaching, returning members and members. It was a lot of fun. And we also did lots of unplanned service opportunities.
As we were walking to our car we saw this guy shoveling out the snow off his car. And so we asked if he needed any help and he said that he needed help jumping his car. So we got out of our car and parked right by his car and he had the jumper cables. We were able to jump his car and help him start it. We got a shovel and helped him shovel the snow off his car. We were able to introduce ourselves and give him and give him our card and told him that if he needed anymore service or if he wanted to learn more to just give us a call. We were able to help some other people get unstuck in the snow. And there were also other people who helped us in the snow as well. It was the perfect opportunity to talk to people. I love these unplanned service opportunities. For example, last Tuesday Sister Martin and I were trying to think of service opportunities that we could do and we thought it would be perfect to go out and scrape off the car windows. But when we went out there we realized that everyone's car windows were already scaped.
We were able to teach K a couple of times too. We met her while door knocking a couple of weeks ago. She is seriously so sweet. We have had two lessons with her so far and she is really liking it. I am so excited to see where this goes.We were also able to meet with a family of 4 that we also met while door knocking. And we only taught them once but we will be teaching them the second discussion tonight! I am so excited. We taught another family of 4. And it first was just the son S and his friend D that was interested. But then his mom K and sister K became interested. They are all willing to learn more. So we set up another appointment to see them this Saturday. This last week we were able to get 9 new people to teach! So we will be crazy busy teaching a lot of people but we are so ready and excited. We also have a baptism this Saturday for a family of 4. It's a returning member's kids. And we are so excited about that!! I cannot wait for them to enter the waters of baptism.I am just loving this work!! I am loving the people!! And I love being a missionary :) Thank you all for your love and support and prayers! I can truly feel them!! Hope you all have a fantastic week :)Sister Beeson

Hey everyone!
First off thanks for all the birthday wishes!! It truly was an amazing day and so special and unique!! Love you all!!!
So on Wednesday we had a really cool Door knocking experience and really we didn't DK we just saw people outside of their house and we just talked to them.
We first met this very nice lady, L. She was so sweet. We gave her a Book of Mormon and our card. And then after that we met B, he was shoveling snow. So we crossed the street and asked if he needed any help he said no but we talked to him for a good 30, maybe 40 minutes. We talked about the restoration and he really enjoyed it. But then his wife came out and told us to leave Haha. It was pretty funny but so cool to talk to him. And then as we were going back to our car we saw this guy, his name was K and so we got out of the car and started talking to him. He didn't look at all interested but he was so sweet to us!!
And then we saw A that night! She is doing so much better! I absolutely love her.
Friday was my birthday!! Sister Martin spoiled me! It was such a fun day! We got transfer calls and we are both staying here in Bay City!!! I am so excited! I love it here so much. So I'm happy that I get to be here for another 6 weeks!!
On my birthday we saw our dear friend M! She's amazing! We had a lesson and had some ice cream to celebrate my birthday! Then we did weekly planning. Sister Martin took me out to dinner to Panera Bread for dinner! So that was really good. Then we went door knocking!! It was COLD! But we still had a good time.
We went to D's and we had a lesson and she gave me a sweet little care package!! I seriously love her and her family so much! And our lesson with them was really good. It was the boldest I've ever been. The spirit was definitely there!
And another amazing highlight was yesterday. We were at church and N said how she and her kids want to move their baptismal date up to February 16th instead of the 23rd. So we are so excited about that!!!
And another miracle, a few days ago we went door knocking and met this lady named K. She was so sweet and very receptive to our message. We gave her a BOM and our card and told her to call us if she had any questions or if she needs a service opportunity. Anyway this morning she called us!! And she wants to meet with us. We set up an appointment go see her on Wednesday!! Miracles after miracles! God is blessing us here in Bay City!!
I am doing amazing! I love this work so much!! Thanks for all the love and support!!
