Mom
you were right, the MTC is AMAZING! I absolutely love it here. My
companion is Sis. Finch. We are seriously the same person. I love her!
And I also love my district. We all get along.
The
work is hard but I love it.
I will admit, yesterday was a pretty
difficult day. We taught our investigator, Margaret, for the first time
yesterday and I got nervous, I was talking fast, and the Spirit just
wasn't with me. My companion did so good though. So I became I bit
self-absorbed. I started to feel bad for myself. After our lesson me and
my companion and two other sisters were doing our personal study. And I
read 2 Nephi Chapter 33. I felt the spirit after I read that chapter. I
then got an email from Elder Hillyer. All he said was: Hey it's Elder
Hillyer, I hope you're doing good! Even though it was a sentence long, I
really needed to hear that. I truly believe that the Lord is always
aware of us.
My favorite part of the MTC would probably be the fact that
all of the Sister and Elder missionaries here are all here for one
purpose, and that is to invite others to come unto Christ. And to love
our investigators. I remember when we met our first investigator
Winston, I didn't know him, but I felt God's love for him. I know that
we are all God's children and that he loves each and everyone of us.
I
am so excited to serve the people of Michigan. It's crazy to think that
I'll be in Michigan in TWO weeks. I am ready. And I can't wait! Oh
yeah! By the way, I went to the temple this morning with my district to
do an endowment session. And as we were all waiting in the chapel I saw
grandma, and grandpa Beeson!!!!. It's seriously made my day!. So my
companion and I went on a exchange and Sister Finch went with another
Sister, and I went with Grandma. It was amazing. L
ove you grandma and grandpa!!
ove you grandma and grandpa!!
Also dad,
don't you have a cousin named Sam Beeson? Cause I bumped into an Elder
Beeson here and he said that his dad's name was also Sam Beeson. So
crazy!
Well I love you all! Thank you for your love and support and your prayers. Love and miss you all :)
Sister Beeson
